YogaWright, part of Wright Wellness
YogaWright began as a dedicated space for yoga teaching, teacher development, mentorship and a more individual approach to practice.
As the work around it has grown to include personal training, functional movement, strength, lifestyle support and handcrafted wellness products, Wright Wellness has become the wider umbrella under which these different areas now sit.
YogaWright remains the home of my yoga work.
It is where you will find yoga classes, teacher training, continuing professional development, mentorship and the deeper study of practices including Yin Yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra and Daoist-inspired movement.
The wider Wright Wellness approach
Wright Wellness brings together the broader strands of our work, movement, strength, rest, nutrition, education and everyday wellbeing, while allowing each area to retain its own identity.
This means YogaWright has not been replaced. Instead, it now sits within a wider family of offerings, with Wright Wellness providing the umbrella and YogaWright remaining the specialist yoga and education arm.
A Three-Generation Approach to Wellness
At Wright Wellness, we honour and integrate:
The grounded experience in yoga, movement, strength training, and mentorship that formed the roots of this work
The fresh creativity and vitality of a professional chef and movement guide, bringing innovation, core strength, and a focus on vibrant, joyful health
The age-old wisdom and steady presence of a retired nurse and matriarch, whose gifts in cooking, crafting, and ancestral care remind us of the power of home, tradition and handmade nourishment
Together, we offer a blend of modern knowledge and timeless insight; all in service of embodied wellbeing.
What This Means for You
The guidance, care and thoughtfulness you have come to know and trust continue; now enriched by deeper collaboration and new layers of support
If you're a returning YogaWright client, everything you love is still here; simply under a name that reflects the full spectrum of what we now offer
New experiences, handcrafted items, and seasonal resources are now part of a broader, more holistic offering; supported by the strength of three generations coming together
Whether you're here to move, grow stronger, rest, reconnect, or feel nourished from the inside out; Wright Wellness is a space to feel seen, supported and held.
..IT’S A FAMILY AFFAIR
Wellness doesn’t need to be extreme. Just consistent, caring, and rooted in what feels right for you.”
