One private 1-2-1 or group yoga class, with up to 4 people; Either in-person or online and lasting up to 60 minutes.

Outdoor classes are dependant on weather conditions, safety and feasibility of transporting equipment. Area will be need to be risk assessed prior to date of training.

Please note this rate is applicable to online sessions and in-person sessions in local areas only; It includes the following postcodes: NW7, NW4, NW11, NW9. For private sessions outside of these areas, or for groups of more than 4 people, please send an enquiry

Please also let me know what sort of yoga practice you would like. Options are:

Vinyasa

This class is accessible for both beginners and those with more experience looking to refine their skills. The class is designed to have flowing sequences with attention to breath and physical alignment, followed by floor based stretches, to leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Hatha

This class is accessible for both beginners and those with more experience looking to refine their skills. The class is designed to hold static poses for longer with attention to breath and physical alignment, followed by floor based stretches.

Yin

A slow floor based practice, with a sense of core softness and surrender. Each pose is usually held for 3-5 minutes to release the muscles, create space in joints and work into deeper connective tissues. This practice is derived from the Taoist lineage of yoga, working through energy channels (meridians) with mediation, mindfulness and breathing techniques to help you relax and restore.

All classes will start and end with some meditation and breathing practice.

Online classes will be held through ZOOM. The link will be sent to you 1 hour before the class starts, using the email address you have used to purchase this class.
